as I have been trying to create my fall menu, I have been trying to incorporate the best flavors of the fall, the flavors of the season...cinnamon, apple butter, pumpkin, salted caramel, and maple syrup, are the ones that come to mind; and since, fall is my favorite time of year, I love all of these, and the warmth they bring to the season.
